Ebberston
The
village of Ebberston has two good pubs. The
Grapes is within sight of the cottages and serves good 'pub
grub' and a very friendly atmosphere. The other pub The
Foxholm is further down the village but is only a 15-minute
stroll down Back Lane.
Walking & Cycling
The walking is excellent, as is the cycling. The lane at the side of
Cliff House leads up Netherby Dale (Past the Chafer Wood Nature reserve)
this in turn leads into the Dalby Forest with it's hundreds of miles
of forest trails, picnic places and the Bridestone rock formations.
