Holly Cottage (Sleeps 6) is a purpose built spacious three bedroom cottage
enjoying a peaceful location overlooking the gardens and tennis court.
The ground floor comprises: entrance hall/ cloakroom with adjoining
shower room/W.C. leading on to a large lounge with open fire. Separate
kitchen/dining room.
Holly Cottage's new fitted kitchen has all the facilities of the other
cottages with the addition of a dishwasher. First floor comprises bathroom
with WC, a double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. Holly has full
oil fired central heating.
