All cottages have colour T.V. & VCR, microwave oven, conventional oven, fridge, coffee maker and radio cassette player. There is also a shared laundry room with a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. (Irons and ironing boards are provided in the cottages).

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open from 8am to 8pm Sunday to Friday and 12 noon to 8pm on Saturday (essential maintenance is carried out on Saturday AM). The swimming pool measures 9m x 4.8m and ranges from 1 metre to 1.5 metres in depth. The temperature is regulated between 27 and 29 Celsius and the Jacuzzi temperature is 34 Celsius. An adult must always accompany children and non-swimmers. Lone swimmers should let us or other adults know when they are swimming.

Games Room
Above the swimming pool is the games room which has a pool table (2 x 20p per game), a tabletennis table and darts. We will provide bats and balls but you bring your own darts.

Tennis Court
In the shared grounds there is a hard tennis court for your use. We only permit the wearing of trainers, plimsolls or tennis shoes on the court.

Barbecues
Within the walled garden there are barbecues for your use and plenty of areas for you to be "private" within the gardens. There is also a stream and water garden. In the trout pond there are some trout that have survived the attentions of various otters, herons and two-legged prey! But we do not allow fishing! Our guests are very welcome to wander in all nine acres of the grounds, all we ask is that gates are shut behind you and that under nines are supervised (we are very aware of the dangers to young children of the streams and ponds).
